I enjoy outdoor running when the weather is nice. Lots of times it doesn't even feel like i'm running. More like i'm gliding or dancing. Especially at night when you feel that cool breeze. Its like i'm soaring through the wind. Feeling so smooth. I remember i use to run by the bay at night. Feeling that cool breeze and sometimes the moon and stars would appear clear. The feeling was magical. I like to mix it up when running too. Sprinting, running backwards, sideways (right side forward), sideways (left side forward), zigzags.

I try to avoid the runs whenever possible. My wife makes less of a fuss.
I don't have an anger problem, I have an idiot problem.
