Hi All, I wander past here now and again, but the popes current visit to the UK has inspired me to be a lot more vocal about my atheist viewpoint from now on, and it seems there's no better place get into a vernacular tussle with religious nut jobs than on an atheist forum. Such is their disposition.
On that subject, did anyone see read the papal assertion that atheists are nazis?... I didn't think you could be the pope if you were an atheist.

Welcome to the forums, or more precisely congradulation on your promotion from lurker to member. There's a thread on that in the news and media I believe. Again, welcome and happy posting. I'm sure yoou'll find being more vocal about your beleifs, especially here, is welcome and liberating.
