Okay, I'll come clean.
All modern medicine is just placebos. The medication given is all sugar pills. Surgery? Ha! Occasionally a patient is cut open but that's just so we can place chips in their bodies. The expensive machinery really doesn't do anything (apart, of course, from the machine that goes "PING!"). You heard it here first, folks.
