My fitness pal reminded me to weigh myself today, being it's Monday. I'm down another half a pound.

I don't have any appetite. Mental health reasons.
Sunday I logged 1242 calories, yesterday 840, today only 497. The target my nutritionist set was 1500. I have only occasionally met that goal. I've been running 1100-1300.
I hit a new low of 286 this afternoon.

It was a week and half since I did legs. I thought I would lose muscle power, but ended up lifting today more then I ever have!

Still got a long ways to go but this is the first time in a very long time I've not been embarrased to have my shirt off at the beach.

I lost weight without that being a goal. I've been training pretty hard in the heat. I'm in excellent shape.

I'm doing well with portion control and healthy choices but I'm basically using all my exercising to make it possible to snack a lot without gaining weight. I could do better.

Dropped S off at work. Going to grab breakfast and head to PLANET FITNESS to workout for an hour then I have a restorative yoga session at 11 am.
