I'm a 9 at the moment. 
On a scale of 0-10 I'm feeling a 2 right now. After being high as fuck for 3 days straight my mood just randomly went to shit for no reason. I don't get it. Isn't mood meant to relate to circumstances and respond to real life rather than just be completely random?

I'm pretty goddamned happy. I've got a great lover, I just finished up 90 minutes with my amp cranked jamming Rush, Black Sabbath, and Cream on my electric ... I don't have to cook dinner tonight (thank you leftovers!), and it's a gorgeous sunny day.

I'm always in favour of that but I think you misunderstand me... in writing this post I wasn't recommending anything to Hammy in the sense of 'this is a good thing to do'... but rather just suggesting - given that he was talking about wanting to rate his moods - tools that were available to that end. I don't use this sort of app... my sister does, and I basically have no interest in using such an app... so I wasn't making any judgment about it's psychological usefulness, just that it might be the sort of thing Hammy was looking for, given what he had already said. |
