Five years ago today, I married my best friend and love of my life. I love him to the moon and back, more than anything on earth. :-)

"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Happy Anniversary, C_L!

He's a good lookin' bloke.

Did he go to USAFA?
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Thank you. Smile

He went for 2 years and then left right before having to make the big commitment lol. He left to go to school closer to me, actually. So he finished up with a bachelor's in aviation sciences at the university near by and applied for officer training in the Air Force shortly thereafter. Now he's an Air Force pilot.

Lucky bastard.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:

"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."

For context, this is the previous verse:

"Hi Jesus" -robvalue

I'd say for being skilled enough to navigate his way around curvy topology!

Didn't sign the 2 for 7's?!?!? Ah, well. Same outcome. I remember that day, 2 for 7's. That was the biggest day of my life thus far at that point. Signing away 7 years of my life... Yikes.
