As soon as I saw "inside elbow area," my transcription-addled brain jumped to "median epicondylopathy."
I got a nasty case of it from 3 solid hours of construction in the basement once, along with its partner-in-crime, lateral epicondylopathy (alias "tennis elbow"), simultaneously. Fortunately wearing a brace and taking it easy (in other words, *not* banging in several dozen nails in a row) did the trick.

Vorlon ! Repetitive Stress Injury in the common vernacular. Try avoiding repetitive motions while you are having your fun. Mix it up and work that arm through a full range of its motions. Like in Seinfeld, include a swirl at the end. I am not a Doctor but I do have a vivid imagination.
