In defense of nicaragua, they didn't join because they think the Paris accord doesn't go far enough. Syria didn't join because greenhouse gas would indeed be a trivial concern if there are mustard gas and nerve agents releasing all over the place.

My favorite part of the little rave he went on .With his paranoid delusion that the rest of the world is laughing at the US for signing the Paris agreement . No we laugh at Americans when you do stupid things like this. It's almost Freudian
