The Official Television Thread
RE: The Official Television Thread
Still working my way through Grey's Anatomy. Ultimately a soap opera with some blood and guts thrown in but I like most of the characters.

Finally watching How I Met Your Mother

A father recounts to his children - through a series of flashbacks - the journey he and his four best friends took leading up to him meeting their mother.

That's right, never seen it before.

I thought who the mother is was supposed to be a mystery.

But the father/narrator let it slip that the first girl he met was his children's Aunt Robin.

Therefore, all we have to do is keep an eye out for Robin's sister, unless she has more than one sister.

You're in for quite the surprise. Smile

I enjoyed that show - Neil Patrick Harris was a very convincing heterosexual.

I have noticed the father/narrator refers to all his friends as aunts and uncles to his children, so I guess that theory is out the window.

Concerning HIMYM: Victoria looks most like the father's daughter, so far.

Yes, but father and narrator are still supposed to be the same man/character: Ted, right?

Yup, same character, just different actors.
