The nice thing about being an atheist is that, along with the blame for my mistakes, I can unabashedly take the credit for my successes. No gods or devils involved with how things work out - I own my life choices, no one else.

Pssh. I wish. That's actually hilariously apt though, as on more than one occasion have theists accused the organization of science of murderously silencing opposing views.
