Best --
Any number of Soundgarden songs
"Ray of Light" from Madonna
REM, "Everybody Hurts"
All of BloodSugarSexMagik, but especially "Suck My Kiss"
The Foo Fighters, "Everlong"
Sinead O'Connor's version of "Nothin Compares 2 U"
"Waterfalls", from TLC
"Barely Breathing" from Duncan Sheik
Eagle-Eye Cherry's "Save Tonight"
Not a fan of Green Day, but "Time of Your Life" is a damned good song.
... and a guilty pleasure: "The Sign", from Ace of Bass
Shit:
Sugar Ray. They haven't done anything worth listening to. EVER.
"Informer". Canada's version of Vanilla Ice gets tough on rats by apologizing to them.
"The Macarena"
Anything from the Spice Girls or the Backstreet Boys. Oh, and Matchbox 20, too.
"La Vida Loca"
"Mambo Number Five"
Better Then Ezra, "Good". No, it wasn't. It was awful. Awful. Your name should have clued people in to your suckage. When I heard your lonely hit, I knew that grunge was dead.

The worst of the 90's; just a taste.
"Cotton-eyed Joe"
"Pump Up the Jam"
"Good Vibrations"
"I Don't Want to Wait"
More to follow.

People, don't you know? Don't you know it's a baton?
Or not:

I'm on the edge abut this one. I love the Herbie sample laid on top of a good groove, but good lord, if the lyrics were more insipid Dr Seuss would have a strong case:

Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

Some of my 90s music tastes are a bit gay, Regina took some of my favorite ones already with waiting for tonight and torn.
This is an acoustic version of a 90s offspring but I don't know when this acoustic version was recorded.
one of my favorite guitar riffs. Such a good song to have blasting in work or in the car to make me feel good. It's not very energetic but just makes me feel happy.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.

It's official, Paul: you're gay.
No problem here with that, brotha, just let all those gals know, it'd be unfair otherwise.

Shit:
Rap/Hip-hop, and the like, with VERY few exceptions.
Good:
Bloodhound Gang.
