If you could have One wish..

RE: If you could have One wish..
There were rivers of blood being spilled before guns and it would have continued if guns were never invented, it seems that's what humans want. If it wasn't, then wars would have ended ages ago. Think of something worse than guns, yes, nuclear weapons wasting millions in a few seconds, we can always make it worse because we are doing so now. Allowing a quarter of the world to go hungry and we have the technology and money to put an end to it, but we'd rather continue killing each other whether it's by swords, guns, nuclear weapons or starvation. My wish that everyone could go to bed every night with a full belly.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

Since no-one else has done this, I haven't posted a serious reply and because it's how I feel, I would wish for an end to human-caused suffering. I don't think I need to explain why.

Maybe suffering is part of us and what makes us human. Remember, we've been jungle animals for a lot longer than what we are today.
Be careful what you wish for, we may all end up as robots instead.

Two things here. Firstly, I wished away 'human-caused' suffering. There would still be plenty of natural disasters with which you can fill your boots.
Secondly, nonsense, there are plenty of people who don't suffer yet remain perfectly well driven and functional human beings. People wouldn't become robotic, instead they'd have less to worry about, freeing up time and brain space for other, different, more enjoyable things than suffering.
