People who surprise you with their upfront sincerity. When they just say something good that makes your head fuck up. No going around in circles, just the raw naked truth. Boom. You know what? This. Bam.
And I don't mean people that are like that all the time. They can have mystery to them, but the surprise comes precisely when you didn't expect it. It does a lot. It can fuck you up. In a good, messy kind of way. Just... woosh. Lol There. They said it. Now what are you going to do about it? Well, fuck. Switch ON.

A little moment, when I look a stranger in the eyes, and for about two seconds there's that "hey, we met eyes" moment, and somehow it says something without a word.
Happened today, leaving work. A regular customer saw me in my truck, pulling out to go home, as I saw him. A simple wave at each other. I don't know him and he doesn't know me.

I got the Basic Instinct thing at work a couple of times. I found it both delightful and disturbing.
