I do not see where the Bible says they even take these young girls in marriage or sexually abuse them. You are reading between the lines where there is nothing to be read, you want it to be that way to satisfy your atheist thinking about the Bible. And nothing in that passage says "if she agrees to become your wife".  The woman has no say and no choice. It only says to not treat her brutally and to not sell her as a slave.  This is because she is no longer a virgin, and therefore damaged goods, and it's because her kidnapper raped her.
