Damn, should I even be watching this show?

I'm 9 minutes into this weeks installment of Botched and this unfortunate lady is in for consultation with the most horrible breast disaster they've ever shown.
I sure hope they can help her. Damn, this is going to complicated, if it is even fixable. The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
