Things you're supposed to like, but don't
RE: Things you're supposed to like, but don't
I can't stand anything Disney. It's like a giant cult here in California. I see over-priced Disney branded merchandise everywhere, I regularly hear people talking about their expensive trips to Disneyland (I've never been there and don't plan on going). I never understood what the big deal is.

He sucks though, when he sings it sounds like he's trying to do power metal but his highs are either screechy or flat while his lows sounds unenthusiastic. What's worse is that this fucker got famous because Power Rangers fans like his awful cover of the Power Rangers theme songs. I basically refer to him as the metal onision.

Around Christmas I always post this:

Produced to death and slick like soap, but his co musicians are technically quite skilled. His highs are very unconvincing though, I agree.

The older I get, the more bothered I am at kids being told to recite that thing. It's a bit weird to pledge allegiance to a country, when the people in power are supposed to be working for us. Not the other way around.

Bond films, I love the music to the bond films but the actual films are crap.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.

Lady Gaga - Am I the only gay who actually doesn't like her? Is it just me?
Skinny jeans
Healthy food
Gold jewellery - Gold looks so tacky to me, I prefer silver
Harry Styles - This man is so average-looking to me, I really don't see what's so "omg he's gorgeous!" about him.
Beer... and alcohol in general apart from wine.
Popcorn, ice cream, chewy sweets and fizzy sodas - feh.

Marriage and reproducing.

Drinking. I just drink water. In the past people would try to get me to drink so i can get drunk. But i never understood what was so cool about getting drunk and acting like a fool.

I have never received a good blow job.
I don't know if I don't like them or that the women who attempted them are not that good at them.

Antiques. I don't get people's fascination with them. Yeah, I can appreciate the craftsmanship that went into an old piece of furniture (they really don't make 'em like that anymore), but it's not an object of passionate interest for me, nor do I want to own it. My wife can spend hours happily rummaging through antique shops, cooing over every item in superlative terms. I just see a bunch of old junk.

There are a lot of musical acts I gather I'm supposed to like more than I do. The Doors, for instance. I like some of their songs, but most of it leaves me cold. And Morrison was a pretentious wanker whose 'legend' is ridiculously out of proportion to his achievements. Hell, for me, the two most interesting members of that group -- the guitarist and the drummer -- are the two guys no one ever talks about. There are others, but I'll spare you.
