Killing someone who comes to you with a complex issue BEFORE YOU'VE HAD YOUR COFFEE will no longer be actionable under the penal code. 

Starting a conversation with "we need to talk..." will be punishable by not less than five years hard labor. 

Parking too close to another person's driver's door will be grounds for shredding of the offending vehicle. 

People who allow their dogs to bark all night long will be sentenced to being one of the games at Chuck E. Cheese pizzeria. 

Tailgating cars will be buried. Driver must remain with the vehicle.

With that last one, could we change it to people who are tailgating someone who's doing the speed limit?
And then apply the same penalty to people who do 10 kms or more under the speed limit without a valid reason. Eg, car trouble.
Old age will not be an excuse.

But if you're over 65, doing 15 mph under the speed limit in the fast lane with your left turn signal on you get a free ticket to the Early Bird Buffet of your choice.

Waking someone unnecessarily should not be a capital crime. Not for a first offense, at least.
