I live in the New York City area. Best city to visit in the U.S. anytime especially around Christmas and New Years. The atmosphere is amazing during the holidays. But if you really hate crowds then....... 
Miami and Orlando are also fun, hip places to visit. The rest of the east coast cities are: meh... DC is popular but i find it overrated. Most places close early unless things have changed since i visited.

Love the place.

Why not? Now all we need to do is wait for one our much beloved international members to have business on the BestWest Coast. We have members in Southern California, Northern California and Oregon. I'd go and if it winds up being in SF I'd be happy to host an event at our place.
But right now we have to prepare to welcome Valky on the East Coast. I'm looking to do like Chthuluhull and make a longer trip of it.

We are definitely tossing around locations that are easy and neutral. I'd like to get it down to at least four locations by December. Baltimore/DC area is definitely in the running as is Philly.
Not sure everyone coming up from the south can make a long drive to Boston though.
I really wish my place was bigger. I could actually entertain here and be okay with people spending the night
if they had to.

If you guys do opt for Boston, Tibs and I are in. We could probably get a big space for a party too. Otherwise, it's unlikely. We already have a lot of traveling to do next year, as well as visitors coming in from other places.
