@Cathlolic_Lady losing one mind is a bigger sin than homosexuality,  I know why I became insane, I traced my footsteps, giving up the trust of reason from God with respect to health, and giving up God's well being entrusted to us, is way worse than distorting the trust of sexual attraction and remaining on the nature we are upon regarding that.

There is not one of us who fell to insanity before our falling, who God shows the way to hold on to our health and reason and take his help, but our lack of resolve and lack of serenity and patience, and our lack of appreciating reasoning and health, and our giving into despair over that of hope, fear over that of courage, we were overcome with the affliction.  Our biggest aspect of our sin was lack of trust in his help in times of peril and need.

Humans have different burdens they are due and there are different hues of sin.

This is a very good example of the dangers of religious thinking.  It's one thing to take responsibility for DEALING WITH  your illenss-- good for you!  But if you take responsibility for getting ill, based on not having enough faith, etc., then this is a truly sad thing indeed.

Let me be very clear. I'm more than happy to sit here and have a conversation and discussion about my views. Thats why im on this forum to begin with. I like being asked the tough questions. I like discussing opposing views. I try my best to answer questions people have and give my theories, and I do so honestly and civilly.

It's the fact that you get personal in the nasty things you say to ME, as a human being. You talk down to me like I'm a piece of shit. You're rude and unpleasent on a personal, human level. Theres no reason in hell why I should sit here and talk to some arrogant little man fuck who cant keep the discussion from turning into an opportunity to throw personal insults at me. That's why I won't talk to you, and that's why this is my last post to you.

So far as the OP goes, or really anything philosophical or logical, your view seems to be "chirp chirp chirp." You haven't expressed any rational position for your views, ever, so far as I can tell. That's because logic IS an opposing view for you. "La la la I can't hear you" really isn't a strong argument, no matter who says it.

CL, is this what you are when people stop showering you with rainbows and daffodils? I don't mind. What I DO mind is that you have a complete inability to formulate a rational point. This thread is about the POE, and I asked you nicely several times to define evil, to explain what happens to those who are "evil," and to shed any light whatsoever on the POE other than "la la la God's good. I don't know, I'm just a person, but God's good."

The POE is simple: there's much that is evil, and there's supposed to be a God that is entirely good. From whence, then, comes evil?

Outrage is a poor substitute for the expression of an actual thought-out, rational opinion. But that's kind of the point, isn't it? All over the US, kids are being taught NOT to formulate ideas, NOT to think for themselves-- because thinking clearly is at odds with your delusional religious beliefs.

And that's why the fairy tales need to go. They are not harmless matters of choice. They represent a crippling of young minds, and are very obviously harming the ability of America to stay sane and to react to real problems in the world.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but the idea that you could have prevented schizophrenia through any religious act or position is delusional. The idea that you can cure yourself is not only delusional, but potentially dangerous.
