Let's say a startup decided to do an insurance startup based on single payer insurance. They offer the same quality healthcare at one standard rate with 90% going to the healthcare of people who pay in. The start itself decided to contact local doctors and others across the country as well to get them to accept it. And this startup is using something like a crowdfunding website then eventually get their own payment system. Overall how much of an effect would this have on our current system if they were to take well I should say cut Medicare. What are your feelings on something like that?
