No, this isn't a parody of another song (as far as I'm aware). It's an original song based on a former US sports broadcaster, I believe. Pay particular attention to the scene with the mounted heads. You'll see Chuck Norris there...

It's funny, I wish I could have played the CNR song for my late mom. She liked Charles Nelson Reilly back then.
But I did play this song for her either in early 17 or late 16 and she liked it. It was a spoof of "Party In The USA"
