Religious Objections Protected by the HHS

Just came across one of my feeds today. A new division has been added to HHS, the Conscience and Religious Freedom Division within its Office for Civil Rights. It will enforce existing laws regarding medical professionals' right to claim that certain procedures would violate their personal and religious beliefs.

The concern is that this may allow for discrimination.
