Did I understand correctly there is a connection of some kind between 2 or more of the victims ?
 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

I heard that too. The third victim, though, was an elderly Hispanic lady. Maybe some connection with the first two, or maybe coincidence. The authorities there are still trying to piece things together. They do believe the bomber has a level of sophistication in bomb making.

Another explosion in Austin injures two. It's not yet known if this was another package bomb.

Schools near the explosion closed for the day and other schools that have buses run through the area are letting absences be excused because they think there was a trip wire and are asking everyone nearby to stay inside since they can't find it.
