I guess it's time to "not" talk about gun laws again.

Just saw this on the news. The talking heads were commenting on the lack of ambulances and speculating about a good guy with a gun.
Someone has been drinking the kool-aid.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
Now is not the time to talk about gun control!
If it were a Muslim going into a place, and killing a lot of people--even if that Muslim were US-born, it'd be time to talk about restricting Muslim immigrants. Even though gun violence kills far more people than Muslims. Maybe if someone started shooting up congress instead of schools we'd actually see change.
"Tradition" is just a word people use to make themselves feel better about being an asshole.

Somebody already tried that. Didn't work.
Our government just isn't the kind of government that will ever do anything worthwhile in this area, in it's current state. That's as true today as it's been since sandy hook*. They don't wanna, they aint gonna, and there's nothing you or I or anyone else can do about it. *(insert descending list of school shootings here)

I think there was a shooting of congressional republicans if I recall correctly. And a couple of christian shootings also.
No change yet. Apparently acceptable loses.
