Apparently trump is seeking to demonstrate more ways to prove that every country needs to acquire nuclear weapons now to protect itself against the whim of America.    America can turn on anyone, except Russia, at any time for any of the pettiest personal domestic political convenience reasons of the ruling would be despot.
