Drich.....do you think there's something in the bible that someone believes to be true in the first place?
@Vulcan We heathens are actually notorious for collecting the religious works of others....relative to believing x-ers...at least. It's part of why we don't believe in any of them, eh, lol?

I generally prefer the New American Standard Bible. The King James bible has pretty language, but it's not a very good translation.

A quran, and the vedas, and the gita, and the edda, and a couple shelves worth of mythological anthologies and collected superstitions from around the world...some are even in english..and i've read a couple pages!
The rest are just there to make me look smart to guests I never invite and in case I run out of firewood.

Two Bibles, a Quran (the Haleem side-by-side), both Eddas, an absolutely beeyoootiful Kalevala, a Book of Mormon (I confess I've never been able to get through it) and a rather extensive collection of Celtic mythologies.
