I still think getting a flu shot is directly linked to getting the flu

RE: I still think getting a flu shot is directly linked to getting the flu
I don't think I've ever had the flu. I wouldn't know if I did. I don't know the difference between a cold and the flu.

O gotten the flu shot every year for the decades. Only got the flu once .

I would rather take the shot and get some protection to taking the chance i won't get sick .

After I read all the secondary efects that a shot can cause on CDC's website I reached this conclusion ' Read the secondary effects of paracetamol or any other drug , there is no difference.'

That ONE time you got a shot you got the flu? Because doing something one time only gives FLAWLESS results. coincidences don't happen AT ALL.

Logic, this has so much.

WHAT?! YOU MEAN WHEN ONE THING FOLLOWS ANOTHER IT DOESN'T IMPLY CAUSATION?!?!?!? BUT THAT'S CRAZAYYYYYYYYY.

Yup all drugs have side effects.

I'm always amused by those laxatives that say "Warning may cause constipation" or those antidepressants that say "Warning may cause suicidal thoughts."

The flu is much, much more severe. The flu can be severe enough to kill small children or the elderly--or anyone else with a weaker immune system--without treatment but colds don't actually need treatment at all. I've had it only twice but I've had a cold thousands of times. Believe me, you would KNOW if you had the flu.

Many people complain about the flu and it's just a mild cold.

I don't mean to be sexist towards my own sex but: Mostly men do that Tongue...

"I've got the flu.... I'm afraid I am gonna have to say home and watch the football tonight, Bob."

"Okay Gary, I know what that's like. I almost cried today because I thought I might have a vague case of the sniffles, too."

...And it's just a man cold lol. Which is usually even milder than a normal cold, lol. It usually means "I don't feel perfectly healthy and I don't wanna work today." Tongue
