Yes I have felt this way all my life.
I have 'wrong planet syndrome'. It's described as how it feels to be autistic. That's why wrongplanet.com is a website for autism

It's just sticking in my head. Ever been stuck on a rib for a week or two, Sama? I was damned near praying for extra assholes. IDK..i just want to know that I;m not a crazy asshole, lol. I've never been closer to the end of my rope.

Skinny had been captured and put in a tiger cage at the junction of three trails. The locals went by him every day, but they knew better than to help him. He lived on whatever crawled into that cage. He had been there seven months when we heard about him. My boys went in after him and we busted him out. I carried him eight klicks to the river. He was alive for probably the first seven. But he died a free man. When I get down I ask myself "what's your Skinny level?" If it's not on par with his then I find the grit to keep on keepin' on. 
I constantly feel like that:
I don't belong in this world. The world belongs to me. And for clarification: No, I don't mean that in an egomaniacal way. The opposite, actually. I mean I have no inate purpose here, but I am here. And to 'relate' to the world around me, I will always have to make the effort for both it and myself; to show I care. This requires action and dedication.

Coming from someone I respected and liked on this forum, that might have actually hurt me. Maybe. Probably not, though.
