Personally, I'd mention it to the boss.
If nothing is done, not even a little talk to your "colleague", I'd take it further up the chain of command. Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???" 
I guess I'd only bring it up if someone asked me about it.

If he's drinking at work the end will come soon enough.
