I'm 5 ft 11.6
I weigh between 13 and a half and 14 and a half stone. That's around 285 to 200 pounds. I'm 33 years old. I'm fairly muscular with slight podge around the lower stomach but with some visable muscles on the upper stomach. Like min the main thing that bothers me is my joints. My joints aren't horrible but I do get some bad days with them, i try and just do low impact cardio and I take it easy when I do weights, I don't do the typical macho thing at the gym of just trying to go heavier and heavier and trying to get bigger. As long as my joints stay relatively ok or their decline is manageable I'll be able to continue to exercise, so really my main wish is for joint health. Or just Lebron James body. But then again a lot of these high level athletes have some injuries that arent always apparent. Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them. Impersonation is treason. 
I'm petite...some curves, but I'd like to be really tall. Like 6'5''...then I could reach all of the things on the top shelves of grocery stores like a boss.
