Science is not just a few hoops for someone to jump through to attain a degree or position. Scientist is one who does proper science, not one who jumped through the hoops to attain a position or a degree. He does no science and pretends what he does to be science using his position and degree he attained by jumping through hoops as a smoke screen to confuse gullible and needy infantile morons like you.
