I don't doubt there is a story there.  Personally though I prefer the one Rachel Maddow was telling last night about how Trump went mad dog on Qattar after they turned down his father-in-law's request for financing for a tower that isn't renting out well.  So many stories to choose from.  Fortunately many reputable news outlets are making them available too even if they're not first.  I notice Maddow's story was at the bottom of the NYT this morning.

This is not news.  CNN published the letter of intent in 2017.  The Washington Post and NY Times have also published parts of the story.  I suppose those are Fake News outlets, too?  After all, that's what the WLB says and would he lie?

Fox reporting this kind of thing would actually be more trustworthy than most outlets, seeing as its critical of Trump.

The larger point here is that evaluating information is difficult when it's being presented by a biased or untrustworthy source. BuzzFeed News is not a legitimate news site. They aren't a fake news site, but anyone can tell the odd one out in this list: Buzzfeed, CNN, WaPo, NYTimes.

Multiple trustworthy sources reporting this add credibility.
