Or even the fact that without modern medicine 1/2 of chidren died before 5.

How can you explain such an "immoral" set up?

Because many starve or die of diseases that are curable, the rich first world countries are to self absorbed to help. Maybe if those who hold most of the money actually cared more about people than money many more would live.

A sad day for the world and another nail in the coffin of humanity. When I see people celebrating the right to murder the unborn it makes me sick, mad and sad, what has man come to in their attempt to make the world a better place, murder was Hitlers answer, kill the unwanted. Well I have news for you, everyone is wanted by someone even if they are not born yet.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

Yeah I agree. Christianity has a lot to answer for inculcating a "fuck you, I got mine" tribal mentality.

Yes it is awful that Hitler decided to follow his christian taught morality and oppress non christians through mass murder.

You show quite clearly why religious based moralities should have no place devising social rules.

What does religion have to do with abortion?

You're either blind, dishonest, or willfully ignorant.  In those Western countries where abortion is banned it is almost solely through religious influence.  In the case of Ireland that influence is the Catholic church.

You can be "pro-life" all you want.  As long as that stance isn't forced on others.  Judging by some of your other recent posts, you also come across as something of a white supremacist.  Is that correct?

Image removed from quote because such obvious attempts at emotional blackmail are just weak.  I've seen far worse.

Yeah, what does it have to do with it, meaning it's not exclusive to religion. That's why I just gave myself and Hitchens as examples.

How is the murdering of babies a defeat against religion? That's edgy as hell dude, whoa lol. It's a defeat against decency and morality.

Then by all means you shouldn't do it and have all the kids you want.  You should also mind your own fucking business if someone else does not share your views and does not want to be saddled raising children.

There.  Your problem is solved.

How about they mind the business of the child they're murdering? You sicko. It's not just her choice, the father gets a choice and the baby should get a chance.

If you really need an abortion it means you're sexually irresponsible and maybe shouldn't be having sex if you use baby-killing as a form of birth control.

This liberal garbage really is the epitome of immorality.

Explain then why 60% of blastocysts fail to implant into the womb.  Or other later term miscarriages.  Or even the fact that without modern medicine 1/2 of chidren died before 5.

How can you explain such an "immoral" set up?

Dumb argument, abortion is a choice, red herring to distract from your pro-death stance. Yeah, it's immoral to have irresponsible sex and skirt responsibility to murder it.

You must think that masturbation is a form of genocide, then?

No, sperm is not sentient, you're not talking to a religious person.

Naw, it's a good thing. They need to address assisted suicide next.

How? Abortion is a horrible thing.

Murdering babies is akin to terminally ill people getting mercy. Great switch there, exposed your morality.

Somewhat true. In my own experience, the RCC owns the education system at all levels. But the facts on the ground are that all of us chose to say **** you and the horse you rode in on. Nobody took it seriously when I was in school. One simply played a role for the nuns, brothers and priests.

It was mushroom technology at it's finest. Feed them any old **** and keep them in the dark.

The term is "short sighted".

It is not an immature decision, on the contrary, it is a genuine decision based on the welfare of the self and the child.

This is the problem with the "No" crowd. They are all about protecting the unborn, but after the child is actually born, they lose all interest in it's welfare.

What's mature is not getting pregnant in the first place or choosing your partners better, perhaps getting married and settling down as well. Not sexual immaturity through irresponsible sex or being a slut etc. You have no idea what it means to be a mature adult, it means discipline, valuing life. Not getting rid of it at the first sign of hardship for convenience. Abortion is a selfish immoral thing to do, and abortionists like you dehumanize the human life inside the womb by refusing to call it a baby. I can already hear the autistic screeching replies I'm going to get, muh fetus, muh clump of cells, more immature immoral arguments to devalue the life in the womb.

Yet I notice my question wasn't answered.

And who are you calling "dude".

Abortion is simple, if you don't want one, don't get one.

And clusters of cells aren't sentient, either.

Also, get back to me when the orphanages are empty.
Dying to live, living to die.

It's a much more complex issue than "be a mature adult, FFS!"

There's teen pregnancies, there's rape pregnancies, there's guys who get lot as soon as they find that their partner is pregnant... just to name the most damaging cases where people feel the need to have an abortion.
There are many more cases that lead people to feel the need to have an abortion. Many many more.
Sadly, our society has been unable to resolve them properly.

In the past, forced marriage was a thing... but did it solve the problem or just create a bigger one?

I think allowing abortions to take place is the best we can do, nowadays, to safeguard the livelihood of those women who find themselves in an unwanted pregnancy.
I'd rather we didn't have to resort to it, but the reality of the matter is that it's the most efficient weapon in the arsenal that we have available.

Maybe, someday, when contraception is infallible and adhered to by all sides, when rape becomes a distant memory, when society moves on and sees the value in raising children, instead of the burden of it.... maybe then abortion will become a thing of the past, too... unnecessary.

*and your shocking imagery of late term abortions represent a very small portion of all abortions. Most are performed within the first 2 or 3 months, before it is even noticeable to the outside. Those images are pure propaganda.

No it isn't, don't kill your own offspring, don't have irresponsible sex or many sexual partners, or sex habits that lead to pregnancy. If that's too hard, they're too dumb for sex.

-Teen's should be taught they aren't mature enough for sex if they're not mature enough for babies. Being a stupid teen is not an excuse for irresponsibility or justifying death.
-Society is unable to solve what? You liberals have it your way, tons of abortions and using abortion as a form of birth control, it's sickening.
-The best thing to do is to partner up, or get married, or just practice safer sexual methods to avoid abortion in the first place at all cost.
-Rape is a completely different story but some would say that wouldn't justify killing it either, but it should still be done asap and not past 40 days or so.
-The point of the memes are that abortions are the termination of a human life, no if's and's or but's about it, atheist and christian can agree life is sacred.
-I don't want anyone having abortions if possible, and if anything 40 days to 2 months should be the cut-off, where sentience begins.

Do you remember being a teen?
Irresponsible is what teens do. it's what they are. It's human nature. You can't fight it, you can't impose your will upon it.

People who have an abortion because they don't know about other forms of birth control need to be taught about those.
But, guess what, some of them can be viewed as abortions in themselves. My stupid wife thinks DUI, as part of the way it works is by preventing implantation of a fertilized egg, is akin to aborting a fetus.

And when the partner gets lost?
And when people don't want those safer methods because of reasons?

I see a difference between "no if's and's or but's about it" and "40 days to 2 months should be the cut-off".
Somewhere between 10 and 12 weeks gestation is the normal maximum. Some places allow up to 20 weeks. The US, however, seems to have the "up to birth" approach, which is a bit strange, given that a fetus may survive out of the womb after the 24th week.

1 thing: human soul became a game with this; who gave the parent authority over the kid? that child is not a property, once a life is formed like that, it's not a property of the mother.

Rather; the fetus is a guest in the mom's tummy. If she doesn't want kids; then she shouldn't get cum in the first place, and the man shouldn't cum in the genitalia of females. I know it's hard for both parents, but if the life is formed, it's not up for the parents to decide anymore. It's too late for them.

Teens must be raised to take responsibility.
