What's your longest trek?

RE: What's your longest trek?
Nonstop probably Atlanta to Seoul. About 15 hours and a little over 7,000 miles. Thank god for business class.

I can't remember any one way trip longer than the 32 hours it took to get from here to Kwaj, but that required 4 stops including a 10 hour layover in Honolulu.

Japan to Argentina for 2 weeks then from there to Alaska to see my brother for 2 weeks then from there to Britain then i drove to France for a month. Then to Syria for a week  (before the war) And then back home to Ottawa too my desk .
Seek strength, not to be greater than my brother, but to fight my greatest enemy -- myself.

LA to Oahu, no stops in between.

Longest drive in one session was from Siebert, Colorado to Lincoln, Illinois. 14 hours to go 1100 miles, with 1/2 hour in Kansas for breakfast and 1 hour in St Louis for dinner. I didn't even drink coffee in those days. The entire trip was from a podunk town in southern California to my Navy "A" school in Waukegan, Illinois.

My flight from Demman to san Fran was 36 hours, with 2 8 hour layovers, luckily I didn’t need visa to leave the airports during the layover. One allowed me to see Beru khalifa, the tallest building in the world at the present, and the other allowed me to rent a car and reach 140mph

I made a couple of trips to Longyearbyen several years back. Once through Amsterdam and once through Paris. According to Expedia the Amsterdam route currently takes 38 hours. 23 hours of layovers though so still only 15 hours in the air.

Best part about that base is the hop, skip and jump to Wisconsin to buy booze.  Big Grin

I once made it to the fridge without passing out.

Seriously, London to Hong Kong, non-stop, 14 hours.
