This is without question the most depressing thing I have read in a long while.
A sad realisation that there are people walking around among us who actually live their lives this way.
It's amazing 'science' always seems to 'find' whatever it is funded for, and never the oppsite. Drich.

The heart of peace and blessings in life, is relationships, and best of all relationships is one with God and being connected to him.

FTFY Angel
"Every luxury has a deep price. Every indulgence, a cosmic cost. Each fiber of pleasure you experience causes equivalent pain somewhere else. This is the first law of emodynamics [sic]. Joy can be neither created nor destroyed. The balance of happiness is constant.

Fact: Every time you eat a bite of cake, someone gets horsewhipped.

Facter: Every time two people kiss, an orphanage collapses.

Factest: Every time a baby is born, an innocent animal is severely mocked for its physical appearance. Don't be a pleasure hog. Your every smile is a dagger. Happiness is murder.

Vote "yes" on Proposition 1321. Think of some kids. Some kids."

Personally I quite like Garfield. His view on Mondays is the same as mine.

Easy enough to do.  I haven't prayed in years, and I don't miss it a bit.

Don't chase utopias, utopias do not exist. The best thing you can do is to work on yourself, be yourself, and accept that nobody owns you or your brain, and you are not the property of a holy person or holy book, and you are allowed to think for yourself. You are not the property of a God either.

You don't have to be a Muslim, or Christian, or Jew, or Buddhist, or Hindu, to have empathy for others and value non violence and common law.

On the contrary, Utopias DO exist.  Seven of them, in fact.

Utopia, Texas

Utopia, Ohio

Utopia, Kansas

Utopia, Florida

Utopia, Northern Territory

Utopia, New Brunswick

Utopia Planitia (Mars)
