We got some ghost pepper bacon a few weeks ago. That would make for an interesting BLT. It was spicy, but not unbearably so.

You could also substitute aioli (Greek garlic mayonnaise) for the regular stuff.

Braised chicken feet?

Crunchy metatarsals and phalanges will improve any BLT. If you don’t accidentally swallow the claws or have them get stuck in your throat, you spit them out and use them as a toothpicks afterwards.
