Of course they wouldn't ban Strait. I can't be sure of the extent of the country music fandom in South Carolina (though there are apparently 28 country music stations in the state), but I get the impression George Strait would be pretty damn popular:

I do know that in the past, here in California (I think) a urologist got "IV SKIN" as a vanity plate. That was in the '70s, IIRC.

Just imagine how much fun that blue nose squad at their DMV has, raking through the muck at the Urban Dictionary.   They should put that bimbo from the marriage license bureau in that spot. (or was that Kentucky?- I'm drawing a blank)
