The date of Birth Privacy filed on the mobile format is broken preventing user profile updates from being saved.
steps to repro:
1.Switch desktop to mobile theme
2.Go UCP > Edit profile
Bug: nothing to select and malformed date of Birth privacy field
Note: can't save because blank is invalid as well.
3. Switch to desktop mode and go to the same place
Workaround: change it and save it here
