I always thought mods and admin should be faceless on all forums. I can't see any good reason why anyone needs to know who they are.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

I think there has to be some transparency. That said, I wish I had had a separate modding account so my personal life, marriage, etc. weren't fodder for bitching-ass bitchers.
