Do you wish there's a god?

It's also, shall we say, very subjective?

That you feel your diety is great for you. As well as, by extension, those who also feel... Or say they feel... thd same as you.

But our 'Feels', other than the biology in  our heads, don't really have an impact on reality around us.

We can not push the clouds with our minds.

It's not about a deity being great. But a certain way of life and being is greater that other ways of life and being. A kind life, better than a cruel life; an honest life better than a dishonest life. A life lived in love, better than one lived in resentment and hatred; a restorative life, greater than a destructive one, etc....

It's not so much a question of what the world out there is like, but how we live in the world regardless. It's about meaning, more than science.

Whether you categorize this as subjective recognition, or an objective one is all besides the point. When such a life is seen or observed, the acknowledger recognizes that it is the only one true life, while the rest is just great pretenders. I don't expect my children to see something differently here than I do, I naively believe they will without a doubt recognize the same thing as well.

Then "it" doesn't have anything to do with or depend on a deity, whatever "it" is.

If we're looking at your christian beliefs as they relate to love and a good life, because "it" doesn't depend on a god..well, friend, they're lacking, right from the start..and it only goes downhill from there.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

To some people intellectual honesty is important.

When you rely solely on your feelings and experiences, you can easily end up being a flat-Earth supporter, so it seems to be more honest to seek to remove any localized or personalized biases that you may have, when wanting to ascertain how reality is.

Being is done perfectly without a god or any concept of god. An honest life, a great life, likewise, can be achieved without any reference to any god.

The only reason to mention god in any way is to make someone else think that the god needs to be recognized for some reason.

Nothing could be further from the truth, for any god has absolutely no merit. After all, meaning is found without god.

The "it" is a forever thing.

“At the deep bottom of the mine where the gold is at there aint none of that. There’s just the pure ore. That forever thing. That you dont think is there....That thing that makes it possible to ladle out benediction upon the heads of strangers instead of curses. It’s all the same thing. And it aint but one thing. Just one.”

So there's exhibit one on how christianity is lacking.

It's made you sound like an idiot.

See..made you sound like an idiot again.  I assume that most christians are smarter than their religion makes them sound.
