Make Atheist Forums Great Again (Part 4)

This will be a quick announcement, however this has been in the pipeline for quite a few months. The forum rules have been (mostly) rewritten and simplified. This was a complaint from a number of people, and the staff felt that the verbosity of the rules really only helped staff to interpret them, and confused users.

I want to thank Shell B for taking charge on this and doing most, if not all, of the actual rewriting.
