I remember you. Welcome back!
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

Glad to have you back!

I can't say things are too bad when my most pressing problem is keeping the neighbor's fleas out of my yard.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

Well, I discovered my maternal ancestry recently thanks to my mother's and her siblings' DNA testing.
That was pretty nice... to finally get a good an idea of where my people came from, specifically.

Turns out that they're mostly descended from the Tikar and Bamileke native groups of Cameroon on her side. Benin/Togo/Ghana was the the second largest region they shared genetic markers with, followed by Mauritania.

My father's ancestry was traced the old-school way, and I'm not sure if his siblings have had any genetic testing done. I'll have to ask them to get a idea about my specific African ancestry on his side, since he passed away.

Have you or any of your close family members been tested?
I seem to recall you mentioning that you are Afro-Latina. If so, you may have Igbo or Yoruba ancestry.

My mom is half Native and doesn’t want me to put my dna in any sort of database. But I want to know the whole of where I come from. How much is testing?
