Proxies are a type of elf, right, like the Nac Mac Feegle? I don’t fancy your chances.

Well, maybe not today today, but in the last 24 hours, I finally got around to cutting up the 25 feet of Theraband tubing I use to help my back issues. I expected there to be enough for 6 good-size loops (about 50 inches). I was wrong. It was actually enough for eight. If the pattern holds, I'll be set until about August 2024.

Had my teeth cleaned and they are all nice and white and shiny again - too much tea tends to dull them a bit.
Two small fillings needed but that means an afternoon floating on nitrous and a benzo - I will consider that a mini-vacation.

I lost all my teeth due to a coumadin reaction. I nearly bled to death that time.

Today was a good day because I got a letter from my sister in the US. An actual letter, written on paper. With ink.
Old school, baby.
