Fun fact: last weekend, as Igno knows, I wrote 6000 words on the first film made about the Titanic to be simply called Titanic, which also happened to A) be made by the Nazis, and B) had the most singularly bonkers production film of any film I have ever heard of (so, imagine if Avengers: Endgame was made to be Pro-Trump propaganda, the Russo Brothers angered Trump so poorly that he killed them and made it look like a suicide, and, partly because it was very easy to read it as Anti-Trump, it was shelved and its $356 million budget was just written off by the studios, never to be released until after the political chaos has subsided, and I know it's kind of bonkers even for Trump, but I'm just trying to find an analogy here.) I submitted it to Anglotopia on Monday, hoping it would be published on Tuesday or Wednesday, on the anniversary of the sinking, and Jonathan told me on Thursday that he's overwhelmed and a 6,000 word column is kinda hard for him to find the time to read. Hopefully, since it's the weekend, he's finding the time. Then again, if it's published on Monday, it'll coincide with Hitler's birthday and the irony of an article celebrating what fuckups he and his flunkies were being published on his birthday would just be hilariously delicious.
