I don't know about any of y'all, but I'm not afraid to accept the possibility, and probably the reality, that I have implicit bias - best I can do, as y'all, is trying to factor possible bias into my thinking.
It's only when owning up to implicit bias, which we have then become conscious of, that it becomes possible to address the bias inherent within.
