But it is NOT Hawaiian....

I had it on good authority (the mother of a Hawaiian lady I was stationed with in the service) that that delicacy is pineapple and SPAM.....

Pineapple on pizza is an essential as far as I'm concerned.
But it should be placed on top, amongst the cheese, and I also like to squeeze about 50% of the juice out also, especially if you have loads of juicy mushrooms, unless you have no sauce, which is also quite good.
