what is the point?

Aside from the fact that I am not wrong concerning my understanding of god's non-existence, I will attempt to treat the question as a hypothetical. If someday in my lifetime god's existence is proven empirically, then I would be able to easily accept that I had been wrong. That does not mean, however, that the god in question would still be worthy of acknowledgment or love.

If I was to be judged by a god, first he would have to answer to me. After all, a world that objectively operates as though there is no creator can easily and understandably be viewed as a world where god does not exist.

Absolutely, and that is why I am an atheist.

And furthermore, the questions you have asked are questions that have been repeatedly asked before. We keep giving our same answers, which keep being ignored by the theists who simply cannot fathom the reality of a world without god's existence. The prideful ones, it seems, are the theists who see a god where there is not one and then demand that others see that same god.

Be careful not to get snared into Dirch's "clever " word games

Hey, drich, I still think that you should go over to the ravingatheists forum and bring some of them to the light.  Hehe I haven't seen your handle over there. Did you register as "egor"?  Huh

Best advocate for atheism that we've ever had. Like one of those old brain on drugs commercials.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

OMG - not The Egor??????

Can't be the same person.  Egor was a raving lunatic but he could spell and even write coherent sentences even if his message was less than coherent.

Given the span of time when the Egor was posting there and now, I'm damned if I can recall what his postings looked like. I DO remember mass quantities of inanity...kind of like what I'm seeing with drich. BTW, he got his ass handed to him for preaching, at another atheist forum.  Hehe  After TFTSNBN banned his ass, and he got a time-out here, he went to that other place. Made it to 120 posts before walking away with his tail between his legs. Ah-ah-ahh, no preaching here!  Tut Tut  I'd be amused to see what he says about that. Bullshit would dignify that exposition.

I knew that his "vacation" from AF meant he tried out his Evangelical skills elsewhere.   Also knew it didn't work out so back he came.

He really should have spent his time off from here attempting to master the language.
