Trump is the last prophet. Just look at his mighty hands, humble personality and the wish to be with God and nothing else. He is rich and yet he isn't attached to wealth and beautiful women. We surly aren't worthy to walk earth with such perfect being.

Here's some super cool food for thought.
The most seditious prophecy in all of magic book, was the notion that...after god had laid down his judgement, people would beat their swords to ploughshares, and their spears to pruning hooks, and would no longer learn war.
This is coming from isaiah, the archetype for the tribe of judah, this tribe believing (or declaring) that god considered their tribe first among tribes. Both before and during the conflict the people were prohibited from working metal or even owning the tools to work metal. That task was handled by appointed loyalists under close scrutiny. The notion that a bunch of grumbling rednecks who the ruling caste depended on for levied troops would not only break that law - but would break it in a way that weakened their military depth, and then refuse to serve, was nothing more or less than a declaration of open rebellion as they fought to maintain their territory.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Then why the pivot?

Of course, Mormons will say it was Joseph Smith who is last, but what about non-Mormons?
It seems to me that most Christians consider Jesus to be the last prophet, but then again there was Paul in the Bible who talked to God in heaven and also got some new commands from God – sometimes even different than Jesus’s. And then there is so-called “John” who wrote the “Apocalypse”.
there are no prophets in christianity. in the book of acts chapter 2 the holy Spirit was poured over the people/believers. meaning what was only avible to prophets in every other religion (direct contact with God/how much depends on you) is given to everyone. that is what my whole ASK thing is about. it is about you approaching God for your measure of the holy Spirit/Have God work with you one on one directly. because we have access to the holy Spirit and he can be our teacher We do not need prophets priests ect. just one another to be accountable to.

I always get a kick out of you imagining that your efforts here are a good demonstration of your direct line to god.

Hmm. I can think of a number of Jehovah's Witnesses who would strongly disagree with your assessment.
