RE: So, I'm watching ST:TNG
My favorite episode of all of Star Trek, is probably from TNG,
The Measure of a Man (s2e9)

Star.Trek.Voyager.s04e12.Mortal.Coil. Wonderfully atheistic episode about the absence of an afterlife.  Clap Great

A close 2nd to the TNG (s2e9), is the Blink of an Eye (s6e12) of ST: Voyager.

For the best episode of TOS, you're required to pick 'The City On The Edge Of Forever'. If you don't, Harlan Ellison will come back from the grave and take you to court.

I feel the same way. Wesley never bothered me. Q, on the other hand, I hated that arrogant bastard, which shows you how good of an actor John de Lancie is.

Favorite TOS episode - Miri.

1. I liked Michael J Pollard.

2. At the very beginning of the episode - they find a planet EXACTLY LIKE EARTH - but oddly - after that first bit of info - it is never mentioned again. We even see and recognise the east coast of the USA.

What the actual fuck? Finding a carbon copy of our planet would be the biggest find in history. A mind boggling thing. Pish on 300 year old kids - that's nothing....

It makes me think they spliced together a couple of episodes and the mess never got straightened out...

Or Kirk and crew are some truly clueless clods...

A carbon copy Earth? Ya think ya MIGHT want to check on that?

We saw him recently in a show where he played the father of a murdered kid. (Can't recall what it was). My SO didn't even recognize him - and she hates Q. He really is a great...

The 20th century gave Dr. Hawking a robot voice but the 23rd could only give Captain Pike a blinking damn light.
