Things You'll Never See In Films But Would Like To

For me, I'd really like to see a homicide detective who:
-doesn't have a drinking/drug problem
-doesn't have life-threatening health issues
-isn't romantically involved with his superior/partner/chief suspect
-doesn't have a dead/dying spouse or SO
-isn't trying to redeem himself from a previously botched investigation where the killer got away
-has no problem with his new partner
-isn't being investigated by Internal Affairs
Would it make for a bloody boring film? Possibly, but it would be a nice change.

Pixar movie that isn't about a character that is self-absorbed so he or she goes on a road trip and discovers that teamwork is key to happiness and success.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Just once I would like to see a car flipping over WITHOUT exploding into flames.
Or a "hero" only armed with only a pistol going up a bunch of bad guys armed with machine guns - runs out of ammo and pisses himself before being shredded in a hail of gunfire... Yeah Bond - we talking about you.....

I’d like to see people going to a gun fight with guns already loaded.
Standing there with a shotgun on someone while arguing for a minute or two then click click decides to finely load.

No kidding.
You might as well scream - "I'm over here, with a pump shotgun!" - thus giving away the tactical surprise of your position and armament.....

When I'm writing, I try to incorporate scenes that other writers avoid.
- Someone using the bathroom
- Finding dead pets in empty homes in a dystopian setting
That sort of thing.

A barbarian battle scene where the warriors don't flex, grimace and howl before engaging the enemy. Skip the WWF nonsense and, in a more composed, professional manner, proceed to hack flesh.

A sex scene with myself, Halle Berry, Amanda Righetti, Kaley Cuoco, and A. J. COOK.
Also a movie where all the Brians get along.

Husband watches movies with all kinds of settings...place and time, etc.
I'd like to see a style of hand to hand fighting that doesn't look like it's happening in the martial arts school down the street.
